About this file
These construction documents detail a renovation project for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center's patient parking garage entrance. The project involves improving approximately 2,100 square feet of space on the second floor, specifically the patient parking garage and elevator lobby areas. The renovation will include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology system upgrades, with work focused on improving the entrance and modernizing the space.
The project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), with an estimated project magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract (Solicitation Number 36C25025B0024_1) requires bidders to be verified in VetCert and registered in SAM. Key dates include a Request for Information (RFI) cut-off of 06-16-2025 at 2:00 PM EST, and bidders must submit completed documentation at the time of bid opening. The project will be evaluated primarily on price, with work to be performed at 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio.
