UNKNOWN What occupation code is utilized for this requirement per applicable wage determination? This is a firm fixed price contract and not a labor hour or Time & Materials, so I don’t thing wage determination is applicable.

In pricing section required monthly report-based pricing and as per PWS required 1 FTE so how we need calculate the pricing? Pricing should be based on what the contractor believes the skill set (labor category) and level of effort it would take to complete each task for the year. The expectation is approximately 25-30 hours per week based on the prior contract.

Requirements vary based on deliverables and often variable hours with CHTO’s travel, but prior efforts to meet the deliverables required no more than 30 hours per week on average.

Pg. 8 (5.1.1) Reporting Requirement|: Can you provide the escalation protocol criteria and definition? We are not sure what this question means.

Pg. 8 (5.2) Direct Program Support CHTO| How many support staff, the FTE will be assisting? The primary SES and 4 support team members with primarily coordination, scheduling and managing direct delegated event speaking on behalf of the primary SES.

Pg. 8 (5.2) Direct Program Support CHTO| What assistive translation & disability devices are the preferences for the CHTO Leader Mr. Craig Luigart? The primary SES does not use any assistive translation devices, at points he will use a voice amplification unit and he is wheelchair bound.

Pg. 9 (5.3) Meeting and Logistical Support| Does the Contractor is responsible for procurement of the venue as part of the coordination of the 18 major events per year? Approximately how many attendees participate at these 18 meetings? Is the contractor responsible for any additional items such as easels or hardware, and or AV support at the venue location where the meetings are being held? The primary SES has not organized the events or meetings for logistics. These are major public events like HIMSS, IEEE conferences, ATARC conferences and other public/private events where the SES or a delegee is requested to speak. During in person small group meetings the contractor may need to coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure appropriate equipment is available in the conference room. All items will be part of conference room inventory or VA supply to support needs.
