PROPOSED ACTION: Removal of sediment and debris 40 ft upstream and 100 ft downstream from the Bridge.

Clearing under bridge is included in the work to be performed. Removal of vegetative and sediment debris from downstream left bank. Applies seeding and mulching on channel banks and all affected areas.

EWP SEDIMENT AND VEGETATIVE DEBRIS WILL BE REMOVED TO RESTORE STREAM/STRUCTURE

ORIGINAL FLOW CAPACITY. THE CULVERTS, STRUCTURES AND/OR UNDER THE BRIDGE MUST

BE CLEANED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

CONTRACTOR MUST ESTIMATE ALL THE QUANTITIES TO DETERMINE THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED AND

THE COST OF THE PROJECT.

CONSULT WITH UTILITIES AUTHORITIES FOR POWER, WATER, COMMUNICATONS LOCATED WITHIN EWP

PROPOSED WORK AREA.

THE RESULTED MATERIAL SHALL BE REMOVED FROM SITE AND DUMPED IN A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED

LOCATION.
