3 Section 2.4 How many days, and what is the location? See Section 2.4 of the RFP.
4 Section 2.4 D Are setup days included for the dates for championships, or is setup the day prior to the date listed?
Setup days are not included. Setup days are prior to the actual game days. Most take between up to 3 days for setup. Baseball/Softball may take longer due to the two field setup.
5 Section 2.4 F-1 How is travel time calculated and what rate is assigned during travel time? (i.e., is each crew member paid for their travel on a per hr basis?)
We do not pay for travel. The contractor must account for all travel costs including their staff within the bid.
6 Section 2.5 B & C Are the weekly pre-production meetings available via Zoom or any other remote viewing meeting platform?
Weely pre-production meetings will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams Chat.
7 Section 2.6 C the Contractor being present two hours prior to the first game of the day. Is this a single company representative, or the full crew that is expected to be present two hours prior?
All staff/crew of the contractor must be present two hours prior to the first game of the day for pre-checks and runthroughs. Other scheduling will be discussed and implemented as needed.
8 Section 2.6 D the Contractor breaking down and departing the venue by required time. How much time is typically given for break down?
Venue breakdown will vary for each event. For example, if they have events coming in immediately following our event, we will be required to teardown immediately after the event.
Another example is War Memorial who will allow for breakdown the following week of an event. A third example is Bank OZK Arena who often requires us to be out by late that night after the final game or early the following morning. Contractor should accomodate for any of those venue requirements.
9 Section 2.7 A How many ARPBS producers and staff should be expected to be in the production truck in addition to production crew?
One producer is expected at the very least. A multiviewer (video village) outside the unit is acceptable for other producer or staff if needed.

For baseball, softball, and football, the Dejero main and backup are to be located inside the production unit or inside the venue. We require wired internet uplink from the venue, power and SDI video source to the Dejeros at their location. For volleyball and basketball events shot at Bank OZK Arena where the production unit is parked indoors, the Dejero is typically is place on the table outside the production unit next to the i/o panel. The Dejero units should never be sitting outdoors exposed to elements.
