Mill Creek Str. & Apprs. (S)
The Arkansas Department of Transportation is soliciting bids on State Job No. 061748 to replace one bridge on Highway 600 (Mill Creek Structure & Approaches) in Garland County under a Federal-Aid Highway Construction Project, with bids due June 24, 2026. This is a federal-aid project under BFPO-0026(47) subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage determinations, Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, Title VI nondiscrimination provisions, and environmental compliance standards. The prime contractor must perform at least 30 percent of work with its own organization; specialty items require approval. Contractors must submit certified weekly payrolls, maintain records for three years following project completion, and comply with federal debarment certification and lobbying restrictions. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda, enter unit prices for each bid item, and submit mobilization costs capped at five percent of the subtotal. A Proposal Guaranty (Bid Bond) signed by both a company officer and Surety Agent is required prior to bid submission. Contract award is anticipated within FHWA-1273 requirements governing labor standards, safety, environmental compliance, and contractor performance.

Highway 7 Improvements (Hot Springs) (S) - Mill & Overlay
The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is soliciting bids on mill and overlay improvements to approximately 5.876 miles of Highway 7 in Garland County, with bids due June 24, 2026. This is a Federal Aid Project (STPSC-9210(62), State Job No. A60063) subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements and DBE program requirements under 49 CFR Part 26. The scope includes asphalt concrete hot mix (ACHM) surface course installation, cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, ACHM patching, maintenance of traffic, loop wiring, pavement marking, and miscellaneous construction items. Contractors must complete a minimum of 30 percent of work with their own organization; specialty items may be subcontracted with written consent. The bid documents incorporate the Arkansas State Highway Commission Standard Specifications for Highway Construction (2014 Edition), supplemental specifications, special provisions, and applicable construction plans.
