RE: Broker Commission Agreement per RLP Section 1.13

Dear Potential Offeror, In accordance with RLP paragraph 1.13, a signed commission agreement between GSA's broker and the building owner submitting an offer must be provided. Kindly submit the following information to GSA's broker (per RLP paragraph 1.12, alternate contact) as soon as possible, so the agreement can be prepared and sent to you for signature:

1. Owner's legal name (as registered in SAM);

2. Authorized signatory’s name, title, email address, and mobile phone number (for

Docusigning the lease contract);

3. Contact details (name, company, address, email address, and phone number) for the individual(s) to receive the commission agreement;

4. Building address for which an offer will be submitted.

Once we receive this information:

5. A commission agreement will be sent to you for signature, to be included with your initial offer.

6. An agency disclosure form will also be provided. Please complete, sign, and return it with the initial offer.

If the building was not toured as part of the Government’s market survey, and a third-party representative is submitting the offer, written authorization from the property owner must be provided.

Please email the signed commission agreement to Timothy.Pavek@gsa.gov as soon as possible, and preferably no later than 10 calendar days before the initial offer due date. A fully executed commission agreement will be promptly returned to you for inclusion in your initial offer submission on RSAP.
