About this file

This is an Exhibit C specification document for Request for Quotes and Qualifications (RFQQ) K14043 issued by the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) for the procurement of handgun optics. The document outlines the technical requirements and specifications for qualified handgun optical sighting systems that vendors must meet to be considered for award. The RFQQ seeks to identify vendors capable of supplying handgun optics that meet the DOC's operational and safety standards. Specific details regarding response deadlines, quantities required, contract term, and renewal options are not detailed within this exhibit document, as Exhibit C functions as a technical specification attachment to the broader RFQQ package.

The exhibit focuses on the performance standards, optical quality parameters, durability requirements, and compatibility specifications that submitted handgun optics must satisfy. Pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent vendor information, and funding sources are not addressed in this technical specification exhibit, as these elements are typically covered in other sections of the complete RFQQ documentation. Vendors responding to this solicitation must ensure their proposed products fully comply with all specifications outlined in Exhibit C to meet the minimum qualification requirements for consideration.
