About this file

This is Addendum B to a Request for Qualifications and Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFQC) issued by Kennesaw State University (KSU), a constituent institution of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, for Project No. PE-54300-RFQC-2026-000000115. The procurement seeks qualified architectural and/or engineering firms to provide planning, design, and construction administration services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for projects in Kennesaw and Marietta, Georgia. Selected consultant(s) will work through the KSU Department of Planning, Design and Construction to develop contract documents under various delivery methods including Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, and Direct Award. The contract term is one year with the possibility of a two-year renewal. More than one firm may be selected. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to tneylon@kennesaw.edu by 2:00 PM EDT on March 13, 2026.

Addendum B addresses evaluation criteria and interview procedures that were omitted from the original RFQ advertisement. Finalist firms will be evaluated during virtual Microsoft Teams interviews lasting 25 minutes total (15 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions and answers). The Selection Committee will score finalists using three criteria: Design Team Qualifications and Experience (50 percent), Design Plan/Methodology Presented (25 percent), and Team Communications/Project Solutions (25 percent). Firms must focus presentations on their detailed design administration plan, unique services offered, and specific roles of key team members, with all key personnel required to be present at the interview. Firms are prohibited from addressing questions to anyone other than the designated contact prior to the interview.
