About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers supplement to RFQ511741 that addresses three clarifications regarding equipment specifications and contract documentation.

The first question concerns a microjet lubrication tank configuration, where the vendor proposed a 10-liter tank instead of the originally specified 2-liter tank. The government confirmed this larger capacity is acceptable. The second question identified an error in Attachment F, which initially listed Beehive Industries LLC as the seller/subcontractor in an incorrect draft; this was corrected and updated to Attachment F - Fixed Price Subcontract - draft - Rev 1. The third question addressed a discrepancy in the vacuum pump line item, which described a Busch pump but incorrectly identified DATRON as the manufacturer in another field. The government confirmed that Busch should be identified as the correct manufacturer and that this correction was reflected in Attachment F - Fixed Price Subcontract - draft - Rev 2.
