About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for Request for Qualifications (RFQ2024-01) issued by the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project involving the Ridenbaugh Canal Diversion Headworks Modernization Project located near Boise, Idaho. The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is due by 3:00 p.m. on November 6th, 2024, with submissions accepted at the district's headquarters. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 16th, requiring pre-registration by email by October 10th. The owner is considering potential bidder interviews between November 18-20, 2024, though final interview determination is pending.
The addendum clarifies several key points about the RFQ, including project experience guidelines that allow inclusion of projects beyond the 8-year evaluation window, instructions for handling confidential financial statements, and confirmation that comments on the draft contract will not impact proposal evaluations. The document provides additional guidance on SOQ format, specifically directing bidders to place certain evaluation criteria like self-performance abilities and project approach in specific sections of their submission. An Excel spreadsheet template for pricing information was also made available to assist bidders in developing their proposals, with instructions to follow the template closely.
