About this file

The document is a Request for Quote (RFQ19001) issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue for a Filtration Dust Collector to be used with an Ameri-Shred 4000 Series 3 industrial paper shredder. The solicitation was open from October 12, 2018, to November 9, 2018, with responses due by 2:00 PM CST. The dust collector must be compatible with the existing shredder, operate on a 3-phase, 208-volt electrical system, and handle approximately 1,200 cubic feet of throughput per minute. The equipment is required to meet a 98% efficiency on particles 0.5 micron and larger, with the contractor responsible for providing all necessary electrical connections. Optional pricing was requested for a cover for the existing output conveyor and duct and pipe work to connect the dust collector to the shredder. Vendors were offered the opportunity to request a facility tour.

The RFQ specified delivery terms as Free On Board (FOB) Destination with payment terms of Net 45 Days. The solicitation was open to all vendors without specific set-aside designations or restrictions. No estimated contract value was provided, and there were no mentioned requirements for small businesses, minority-owned businesses, or other specialized enterprise categories. The procurement appears to be a straightforward equipment acquisition aimed at supporting the department's industrial paper shredding operations. The contact person for the solicitation was Laura Stark, located at 301 West High Street in Jefferson City, Missouri, with contact information provided for potential vendor inquiries.
