About this file

The document is a Request for Quote (RFQ19001) issued by the Missouri Department of Revenue for a Filtration Dust Collector to be used with an Ameri-Shred 4000 Series 3 industrial paper shredder. The solicitation was open from October 12, 2018, to November 9, 2018, with quotes due by 2:00 PM CST. The required dust collector must be compatible with the existing shredder, operate on a 3-phase, 208-volt electrical system, and handle approximately 1,200 cubic feet of throughput per minute. The system must achieve at least 98% efficiency on particles 0.5 micron and larger. Vendors were invited to request a facility tour, and the RFQ requested optional pricing for a cover for the existing output conveyor and necessary duct and pipe work to connect the dust collector to the shredder.

The procurement offers Free On Board (FOB) Destination delivery terms with Net 45 Days payment terms. The solicitation was open to all vendors without specific set-aside designations or restrictions. No estimated contract value was provided, and there were no specified requirements for small businesses, minority-owned businesses, or other specialized enterprise categories. The documentation suggests a straightforward equipment procurement focused on acquiring a high-efficiency dust collection system to support the department's industrial paper shredding operations. The contractor is required to provide all electrical connections necessary to integrate the equipment with the onsite electrical system, indicating a comprehensive installation approach.
