The offeror must submit detailed license descriptions, comparison data visualizations, sample final reports in web-based format, trending and forecasting information, and real-time market analysis with seasonality justification. The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses governing commercial item acquisitions, including provisions on small business subcontracting, labor standards, equal opportunity, cybersecurity, payment procedures via Wide Area WorkFlow, and various representations and certifications required for federal contracting.
