About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for preventative maintenance and repair services related to aircraft cooling equipment at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas. The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command requires contractors to perform preventative maintenance on five aircraft air cooling sleds and one liquid cooling sled (LCS). The scope of work includes the removal of the current LCS sled from hangar 5110 and installation of a new LCS sled to be provided by the Government. Additionally, several of the cooling air sleds identified in the attached Performance Work Statement are only partly operational, and the contractor must repair all equipment to ensure each cooling air sled achieves full operational status.

An optional site visit is scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, with attendance to be coordinated by emailing christian.limtiaco@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil. The deadline for receipt of offers is April 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CST, with all quotes to be submitted via email to the same two points of contact. Contractors are directed to refer to the attached RFQ and Performance Work Statement for detailed specifications and requirements.
