About this file
This is a Price Summary Sheet for Request for Quotes (RFQ) 260538 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for non-warranty repair services on the agency's bus fleet Cummins CNG engines. OCTA seeks bids from certified and licensed repair dealerships, authorized service centers, or authorized repair facilities to provide repairs not covered under manufacturer warranty on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase volume. The contract term is one year with a budgeted amount of $20,000. Written questions must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on August 31, 2026, with written responses issued by addendum no later than September 2, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible firm on a lump sum basis. Firms must bid on all line items in the Pricing Proposal to be considered responsive.
Pricing must be firm-fixed for the entire contract term, incorporating all direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit as specified in the Scope of Work. No price increases are permitted during the Blanket Purchase Order term, though any price decreases will automatically extend to OCTA. Invoices must be itemized with all material costs and supporting documentation for parts exceeding $500. Contractors guarantee that quoted prices equal or are less than prices offered to other local, state, or federal government entities for equal or lesser scope services. The net dollar amount of profit must remain firm with no adjustments increasing contractor profit permitted. Bidders certifying non-subject status to Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions and compliance with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations are required to submit quotes.
