About this file

This document is an Addendum #8 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 24-001 issued by the City of Commerce for the Bowden Street Tank Painting and Inspection project. The addendum addresses several questions from bidders, including whether a logo is required to match the existing one, if the City will pull water samples and pay for Bac-T testing, confirmation of site restoration requirements, details on past interior painting projects, availability of 110/220V power on site, and whether the tank needs to be painted on both the interior and exterior. The addendum also clarifies that no repairs should be included in the proposal, but can be added as additional costs if discovered. It also states that a NACE inspector must be provided by the contractor for periodic inspections as needed.

The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other financial information. It focuses solely on clarifying technical requirements and addressing bidder questions for this specific project.
