The times for Substantial Completion and readiness for final payment are to be set forth by Bidder in the Bid and will be entered into the Agreement. The times will be taken into consideration by Owner during evaluation of the Bids, and it will be necessary for the apparent Successful Bidder to satisfy Owner that it will be able to achieve Substantial Completion and be ready for final payment within the times designated in the Bid.

Q2. What are the total calendar days allowed for this project and if any liquidated damages are specified?

Q3. Please confirm that BOTH exterior preparation scopes should be bid separately and included in our proposal.

A3. We would like to see the pricing for both. Call it Option 1 and Option 2 or Exterior Overcoat Option and Exterior Full Blast option, but the bidder should do what that think will last for 7-10 years.
