About this file

This document is a request for quotes (RFQ) issued by Clackamas County, Oregon for a two-year contract to provide dashboard research and reporting services for the county's tourism department. The work in year one will focus on identifying, sourcing, and integrating data sources into a comprehensive and interactive Destination Management Dashboard. In year two, the work will include monitoring and recommendations to enhance the data through new interpretations or additional data sources. The county will allow remote work with video conferencing, and the preference is for the vendor to provide a project manager. The due date for responses is not being extended, and the county has an internal Excel sheet for combined reporting and tracking but no current reporting tool in use.

The RFQ does not specify a set budget for these services. Interested firms were previously provided clarifying question #1 on May 9, 2024. The county will provide a primary contact from the Tourism Department to work with the selected vendor.
