About this file
This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for an RFP issued by the Oregon State Police for the engine replacement and propeller overhaul of a 2004 Cessna 182 (N2181N) aircraft. The RFP provides opportunities for certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses to participate as subcontractors. The Proposer must describe the steps it will take to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities and list any certified and non-certified firms it has had a contractual relationship with in the last two years. The Proposer must also indicate whether it foresees any subcontracting opportunities and if it would be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.
The RFP is for the State of Oregon, acting through the Oregon State Police, and involves the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem. The contract will be a one-time agreement for the identified engine replacement and propeller overhaul work. The Proposer must indicate its certification status and type, if applicable, and provide the required certification number.
