About this file

This document is an Attachment E - Price Proposal Form for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon State Police (Agency) to replace the engine and overhaul the propeller on the Agency's 2004 Cessna 182 (N2181N) aircraft. The RFP is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to perform the specified work on a one-time basis. The contract will be in the form of a Service Purchase Order. The Price Proposal Form requires vendors to provide pricing for removing the existing engine, replacing it with a factory rebuilt engine, overhauling the propeller and governor, and identifying any other expected costs.

The pricing provided must be held firm for 30 days. The evaluation process will award the contract to the proposer whose submission best meets the requirements of the RFP, not necessarily the lowest cost. The contract opportunity involves the state of Oregon as well as the local jurisdictions of Marion County and the city of Salem.
