About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract opportunity issued by the State of Oregon, specifically for Marion County and the City of Salem. The contract is anticipated to be less than one (1) year in duration.
The RFP includes an OMWESB Outreach Plan, which requires the proposer to provide information on their use of certified disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses as subcontractors. The proposer must also describe the steps they will take to solicit these certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract.
