About this file
This document is the Price Proposal Form for an RFP issued by the Agency for a contract to provide protocol review, optimization, and expert-level training on the Agency's JANUS automated liquid handling workstations. The contract is anticipated to be awarded to one contractor for a term of less than one year. The RFP opportunity involves the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem in Oregon.
The Price Proposal Form provides instructions for proposers to submit pricing, which must include all cost components needed to provide the required services. Proposers may utilize the sample price table provided or create their own pricing table. All pricing must be held firm for 30 days. Cost is a consideration in the evaluation, but the award will not necessarily go to the lowest-cost proposer. Rather, the award will go to the proposer whose proposal best meets the requirements of the RFP.
