84 Grimberg

The SF 1442 says an original and 1 copy are required. Section L, page 84 of the RFP, says an original and 3 copies of Technical and an original and 1 copy of Price are required. Please clarify.

Per question 31 all solicitations shall be submitted electronically providing a USB drive therefore only one SF1442 is needed

85 Grimberg

Are the Technical and Price proposals to be submitted on the same CD, or on separate CDs? If both must be provided on the same CD, should it be submitted with the Technical or Price Proposal package?

please refer to question 31, all proposals shall be submitted on USB.

86 Grimberg

In Factor 1, does the five page limit listed in 2.1(A) on page 85 apply to the factor as a whole, or all the projects, or each individual project? Section 2.1 (A.3) states that each resume is limited to four pages; please confirm that resumes do not count toward the five-page limit.

Page limitation per factor has been removed.

Total overall proposal count shall not exceed

100 pages.

87 Grimberg

In Factor 2, do all requirements apply to each subcontractor? I.e. are we to provide three projects per subcontractor, and two resumes per subcontractor? Or are we limited to three projects total, to demonstrate the experience of four subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, life safety, and telecommunications)? Requirement is "per subcontractor".

88 Grimberg

In Factor 2, does the five page limit listed in 2.1(B.1) on page 86 apply to the factor as a whole, or all the projects, or each individual project? Section 2.1 (B.3) states that each resume is limited to four pages; please confirm that resumes do not count toward the five-page limit. Also, does the limit apply to each key subcontractor? Please refer to question 87

89 Grimberg

Would the government allow submission of an existing CPARS in lieu of a Past Performance Questionnaire? Offeror POCs are often reluctant to complete new evaluations if they have already completed a CPARS, and are often unavailable or unable to complete additional new evaluations. No

91 Grimberg

Per RFP section 2.0, the Technical Proposal shall not exceed 30 pages. However, if the five-page limits in Factor 1 and Factor 2 apply to project information only and if Factor 2 information is to be provided for multiple subcontractors, the individual factor page limits add up to well over 30 pages. Please increase the proposal page limit.

Negative, page limit proposal shall remain as inidacted in soliciation.

93 Grimberg Factors 1 and 2: Is each requested resume limited to four pages, or are all resumes combined limited to four pages? The limit shall be 4 pages per resume.

94 Grimberg

Factor 3: Would the government consider allowing offerors to present existing CPARS and/or PPQ evaluations? POCs are often reluctant to provide new evaluations if existing evaluations are available—or POCs are often no longer available for projects going back up to ten years. With consideration for these circumstances, we feel that existing evaluations on official government forms can often best demonstrate past performance on relevant work and are often the only available means for doing so; and therefore, we feel that allowing them would provide the government with an opportunity to better assess offeror qualifications no

99 Grimberg Please provide more definition, preferably by room number, as which rooms under Phase 2 are in Bid Option 3 and which rooms are in Bid Option 4.

Option 3 - C653. Option 4 - C650,C651.

Under base contract, these rooms will be left as shell space. Finishes will be under the bid options.

100 Grimberg Please confirm that the demolition of the Phase 2 area is to be included in the base bid pricing. Confirmed.

101 Grimberg Please confirm that the specification sections for furniture are no longer applicable since Option 1 has been removed from the project. Confirmed
