This information shall not be used as a basis for contract award. Inclusion of this information does not constitute a commitment by JFCNF to award a contract, nor does it establish any contractual relationship between JFCNF and the successful HQ SACT contractor unless and until a separate contractual instrument is executed by JFCNF.

Technical and Pricing Proposal specific to JFCNF services shall be submitted as an Annex to the primary Technical and Price Proposal for separate consideration by JFCNF Contracting Staff.
