About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contractor, for Temporary Staffing Services. The amendment updates the proposal due date to July 9, 2024 and revises several sections of the RFP, including instructions for proposal preparation, NAICS code and size standard, and pricing attachments.

The RFP seeks proposals for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide staffing support services for a range of disciplines and skill sets, such as business administration, clerical, engineering, IT, and technical personnel. The BOA will have a 3-year base period with two 1-year option periods. Multiple awards are anticipated, but the exact number is unknown. Suppliers must provide pricing information using the provided attachments and address all minimum qualification requirements in their proposals. Resumes of key personnel who will manage the BOA are required. Proposals are due by July 9, 2024, and PPPL anticipates making awards in September 2024.

SUBMISSION FORMAT: Could you please clarify submission format requirements? Does the offeror need to submit Part I and Part II in a single PDF file, as it's mentioned to submit one (1) electronic copy of the proposal. Also, Part III is mentioned to be submitted as a separate file, so is Part III submitted as Attachment 3a
