About this file
This document is Attachment 1 to a federal contract solicitation, which provides the script and requirements for an Electronic Access System (EAS) Live Test Demonstration (LTD) that offerors must complete after proposal submission.
The offeror must demonstrate system capabilities across six major functional categories: User Options (account creation, password management, user searches, and logoff); Account Setup and Maintenance (establishing user profiles, creating new accounts, managing cardholder and managing accounts); Modify Account Information (updating user data and performing bulk changes); Access and Maintain Controls (managing dollar limits, transaction limits, and Merchant Category Code restrictions); Perform Account Inquiries (searching account information and verifying cardholder details); and Tracking Account Access and Changes (reviewing access and modification histories). Additionally, the offeror must demonstrate Transaction Maintenance capabilities including electronic reconciliation, dispute handling, transaction viewing and allocation functions. The system must support Reporting functions with generation of ad hoc reports, saved queries, and scheduled reports, with Program Administrator access to 27 specific report types covering accounts, hierarchies, employees, transactions, disputes, and compliance metrics. The document lists 50 specific numbered action items that must be performed during the demonstration, structured with detailed sub-requirements for each functional area. This attachment serves as both a testing script and a required template that offerors must follow in their proposals and subsequent live system demonstrations.
