About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Attachment I containing Supplemental Questions for RFP #S-DASOBO-00014873, focusing on Salesforce Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. The attachment outlines a comprehensive 10-question evaluation process worth 500 points, designed to assess a proposer's capabilities in managing and maintaining complex Salesforce platforms for government or regulatory environments. The questions cover a wide range of technical and operational competencies, including previous engagement examples, change management processes, technical debt identification, system integration strategies, environment management, testing approaches, and reporting methodologies.
The evaluation criteria emphasize detailed technical expertise, with specific requirements for demonstrating experience in maintaining multi-user Salesforce systems, managing external integrations, ensuring data integrity, conducting knowledge transfers, and implementing robust operational practices. Proposers are expected to provide concrete examples and sample documents such as status reports, technical design guides, and system integration testing scripts to substantiate their qualifications. The questions are structured to evaluate not just technical proficiency, but also the proposer's ability to align technical solutions with organizational priorities, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain high-performance, secure, and adaptable Salesforce environments across development lifecycles.
