About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for Operations, Maintenance, Data Migration and Enhancement Services for Salesforce systems. The RFP seeks a vendor to provide application management services for existing Salesforce applications, including CAM, CALMS, and ERMS. The proposal due date has been extended to October 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM PT, with the current incumbent being Public Sapient. The project involves ongoing support, incident management, system maintenance, potential enhancements, and data migration for Salesforce applications currently in use by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).
The solicitation indicates the state is seeking a vendor to manage 12 environments (9 active), with monthly incident volumes averaging around 58 tickets (33 closed, 25 opened) over the past six months. The state plans to use a two-round evaluation process, with enhancements to be funded separately via change orders. Pricing is expected to include a fixed monthly O&M cost and time and materials for enhancement work. The vendor will be responsible for supporting all incidents (except L1 end-user support), managing a Change Control Board in partnership with state staff, and ensuring system security and compliance. Subcontractors are potentially allowable with state approval, and the awarded vendor must register as an Oregon business before contract execution.
