About this file

This document is RFP Attachment 7, a Present/Past Performance Relevancy Assessment form that offerors, joint venture members, and critical subcontractors must complete for RFP FA8575-26-R-B004. The form requires separate completion for each effort identified in the PPI Tool and serves to assist the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) in evaluating the relevancy of proposed efforts to the instant contract requirements. Offerors are instructed to complete only column three of the relevancy table, with their answers applicable solely to efforts identified in the PPI Tool, not to proposed solutions for the current opportunity.

The form establishes four relevancy categories with specific evaluation criteria. "Very Relevant" efforts must involve all listed services including management of repair sources, DMSMS, TAT at various SORs, prime contractor responsibility on Foreign Military Sales efforts, customization and maintenance of web-based Management Information Systems, management of five or more subcontractors simultaneously, supply chain management, and repair services, with contracts or task orders of $50 million or greater annually over more than three years. "Relevant" efforts require at least two of the specified services with contract values between $34 million and $49.9 million and performance duration between two and three years. "Somewhat Relevant" efforts involve at least one service with contract values between $14 million and $33.9 million and performance of one to two years. "Not Relevant" efforts lack the specified services and involve contracts under $14 million with less than one year duration. The form concludes with a question requiring offerors to disclose whether the contract effort was previously submitted as past performance data for another Robins Air Force Base procurement, with requirements to identify the contracting officer, phone number, office symbol, and solicitation number if applicable.
