The addendum addresses questions from potential bidders about the RFP, with a project timeline expecting full implementation within 12 months. The city is seeking a new HRIS system and is planning a phased implementation approach.

The current HR technology environment includes NeoGov for applicant tracking and performance evaluations, Naviline Central Square for payroll and HR modules, Bentek for employee benefits management, and Kronos for timekeeping. Third-party vendors currently supporting HR functions include Alert for background checks and Cora for physical abilities assessments.
