As one agency, OCTA provides Orange County with a single point of accountability and a greater voice for local residents on all transportation issues.
Project Description:
OCTA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced training content providers to deliver comprehensive learning solutions that enhance organizational development for one hundred (100) administrative employees. OCTA is committed to cultivating a workforce that is equipped with the leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills necessary to support OCTA’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and innovative transportation services to the Orange County community.
The selected provider will supply licensed, training content that can be delivered through a combination of digital learning platforms and in-person training modalities. This content will be integrated into OCTA’s Learning and Development (L&D) framework to support certification processes, employee growth, and long-term organizational impact.
