About this file

This is a price schedule attachment for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) in Florida for post-hire occupational health assessment services. The RFP seeks qualified suppliers to provide occupational health evaluations for OUC employees across six locations in the Orlando metropolitan area, St. Cloud, and Titusville, Florida. Services include respirator medical questionnaires, asbestos assessments, quantitative fit tests, electrical resistivity tomography evaluations, and hearing audiometric tests. Suppliers may propose mobile onsite medical units, a brick-and-mortar medical facility within the Orlando metropolitan area, or both service delivery models. The proposal submission deadline is July 16, 2025, at 2:30 PM EST. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewal periods. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of relevant occupational health service experience and submit three client references from the past five years.

The price schedule establishes unit pricing for individual assessment services, with brick-and-mortar facility services totaling $871,600 over the contract term. Unit prices range from $100 for asbestos assessments to $1,000 for quantitative fit tests, with invoicing based on actual tests completed. Price increases during renewal periods are capped at a maximum of 3% annually. There is no Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) set-aside requirement, as the goal is established at 0%. OUC reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers if determined to be in its best interest. All selected suppliers must execute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement to ensure compliance with health information privacy regulations and proper handling of sensitive employee medical data throughout the contract period.
