About this file

This document is an Attachment M to Request for Proposals (RFP) #10832 issued by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). The RFP is seeking a respondent to conduct on-site monitoring visits and provide technical assistance to DJJ concerning the Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Act and compliance-related issues. This includes onsite visits of facilities that have authority to securely detain juveniles, data verification, review of monitoring forms and tools, updating policy and procedure manuals, and providing annual compliance reports, annual colocation reports, and violation reports. The RFP specifies a solicitation conference call scheduled for a date and time detailed in the RFP calendar, and indicates that questions for the conference must be submitted in writing by a specified deadline to allow DJJ time to prepare responses.

The RFP is a statewide opportunity covering the state of Florida, specifically the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee. No additional details are provided regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options.
