This document is a Phase 2 Evaluation Instructions and Requirements notice issued by the State of Oregon for RFP No. 00002697 Sidewalk Cleaning Services. Shortlisted proposers are required to complete Phase 2 evaluation requirements, including submission of written responses to a project approach scenario.
