About this file
This document is Addendum #1 to Request for Grant Proposal (RFGP) 6118 for a Regional Health Equity Coalition (RHEC) issued by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). The addendum modifies the original RFGP, which seeks proposals for a grant award of $225,000 to establish a Regional Health Equity Coalition representing either a Federally Recognized Tribe in Oregon or a 2-3 county area within specific Oregon counties. The addendum adjusts the list of eligible counties, corrects a time error for the Pre-Proposal Conference (changing from 2:30 AM to 2:30 PM), and adds details about the Pre-Proposal Conference, which will be held virtually and is highly encouraged but not mandatory for prospective proposers.
The key modifications include clarifying that proposers must represent a non-overlapping 2-3 county region, with exceptions only for Federally Recognized Tribes. The regions not yet represented include Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Sherman, Gilliam, Jefferson, Wheeler, Deschutes, Crook, Klamath, Lake, Grant, Harney, Baker, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, and Wallowa counties. The Pre-Proposal Conference will provide additional project description, explain the RFP process, and allow for questions from potential proposers. Proposers can register for the conference through a provided Zoom government meeting link, and statements made during the conference will not be binding on the agency.
