About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Applications (RFA) issued by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) for Trauma Hospital Surveyors. The purpose of this Addendum is to modify the closing date for submittal of applications, which is now extended to August 31, 2024 on an open and ongoing basis. OHA will issue a notice on the OregonBuys website when it has determined that sufficient applications have been received, or for any other reason, specifying a date after which applications will no longer be accepted. Applications received after the specified date will be considered late and will not be evaluated. OHA may review applications at any time after receipt, and contracts may be issued throughout the open application period.

The RFA seeks Emergency Physicians, Trauma Surgeons, General Surgeons, and Nurses with expertise in Trauma Program Management to conduct Site Reviews and Focused Reviews of Oregon hospitals to determine compliance with Oregon's trauma system statutes and rules. No other pricing, set-aside, incumbent, or funding information is provided in the document.
