The solution must meet CJIS security requirements, comply with NENA i3 standards and FCC NG911 requirements, provide geographic redundancy and failover capabilities, and integrate seamlessly with existing Computer-Aided Dispatch and radio/dispatch console systems. Evaluation criteria include compliance with NG911 standards, system reliability and resiliency, ease of use and operational fit, integration capabilities, cost and long-term value, and vendor experience. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Angela Jackson, 911 Director at Oglethorpe County Sheriff's Office.
