About this file
This is a preliminary site plan document for the Red Clay State Historic Park in Tennessee, detailing a trail repaving and facility improvement project. The project involves removing and improving the stone base and replacing the asphalt surface for 0.6 miles of ADA-accessible walkway while maintaining the existing six-foot width. Additional work includes repairing Visitor Center sidewalks, patching a 10-foot by 24-foot area in the parking lot, and replacing an existing ramp with a parallel curb ramp with curb painting. The scope encompasses improvements to interpretive structures, the Visitor Center, parking facilities, a pavilion, and sidewalk and ramp enhancements to ensure ADA compliance throughout the site.
The site plan identifies key infrastructure elements including the Visitor Center, parking areas, pavilion, and ADA parking facilities that will benefit from these improvements. No pricing terms, bidding deadlines, award dates, contract terms, or funding sources are specified in this preliminary site plan document. This appears to be a planning document rather than a formal solicitation, serving as a visual reference for the proposed scope of work at the historic park facility.
