About this file
This is a Quality Assurance (QA) document for a rebid round related to medium-heavy duty truck procurement by the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA). The procurement seeks to establish contracts for the purchase of Model Year 2017 or newer medium/heavy duty trucks for use by state agencies, including University of Wisconsin System campuses and eligible participants in Wisconsin's cooperative purchasing program. The RFB document outlines the requirements and specifications that bidders must meet to participate in this procurement process, which will result in contracts available for multiple state entities to utilize for their vehicle acquisition needs.
The document serves as a quality assurance reference for the rebid round, establishing the technical and operational standards that medium-heavy duty truck offerings must satisfy. This rebid round indicates that a previous bidding process occurred, and this documentation ensures that all submissions meet consistent quality benchmarks and specifications. The file provides guidance for bidders to understand the evaluation criteria and requirements necessary to submit compliant bids for consideration in the truck procurement process.
