About this file

This document is an Addendum #2 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a Park Reservation and Revenue Management System (PRRMS). The RFP seeks a modern, reliable, mobile-enabled, web-based system and customer call center to handle park registrations, reservations, retail transactions, inventory control, and revenue tracking. Key details include: the anticipated go-live date is flexible to avoid the busy season, multiple transaction pricing levels are acceptable, and there is no restriction on the physical location of the system as long as the call center is in Maryland. The RFP requires responding to relevant requirements, and the Prime Contractor has discretion in hiring MBE subcontractors as long as the 7% MBE requirement is met. Questions will be accepted until November 10, 2023.

Regarding pricing, the current system's details cannot be discussed. DNR IT will be involved for security and other issues but will not participate in software development and implementation. Physical RFP copies are no longer required, and all responses must be submitted through the eMMA system.
