The solicitation seeks transportation guard services on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis, with detention beds to be purchased on a hybrid firm-fixed price and time and materials basis. Key personnel such as the program manager and transportation coordinator will be evaluated for approval by the agency. Uniform colors for contract personnel must be distinguishable from those of ICE officers.
