About this file

This pricing template outlines costs for transportation guard services for detainees in the San Antonio area of operations. The contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, and materials to transport detainees on a hybrid fixed-price and time-and-materials basis. Cost line items include transition costs, guaranteed minimum miles and hours, additional miles and hours above minimums split between Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations, stationary and delay hours, remote post guard hours split between the two agencies, per diem expenses, and sack lunches. The template provides spaces to input costs for assets like vehicles, facilities, labor, and other expenses over five one-year periods. Escalation percentages allow costs to increase annually.
