Key procurement details include a non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 14th, 2025 at 1:00 pm, with sealed proposals due on March 27th, 2025 by 2:00 pm through Bidnet Direct. The project scope encompasses mobilization, materials testing, sediment control, traffic control, water main installation, valve replacements, and restoration of disturbed areas. The contract requires substantial completion within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with excavation restoration required prior to October 15th.
The bid requires a 5% bid security and includes specific technical specifications for materials, installation methods, and testing protocols. Contractors must provide three project references demonstrating similar work completed within the last five years, along with key subcontractor information. The project will be funded through municipal infrastructure budgeting, with the Town of Fraser serving as the primary contracting entity. Prospective bidders must comply with local and state regulations, including Colorado labor employment requirements mandating that at least 80% of labor be sourced from Colorado workers.
