About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for the Quail Drive Water Loop project, issued by the Town of Fraser in Colorado, dated March 19, 2025. The Q&A document covers two primary sets of questions: general inquiries about the Quail Drive project and a question regarding the bid schedule. The questions address several key project details, including potential dewatering allowances, road closure during construction, technical specifications for pipe installations, survey responsibilities, materials testing, and potential bid due date extensions.
The document directs all inquirers to consult Addendum No. 1 for comprehensive answers to the raised questions, indicating that further project clarification will be provided in a separate supplemental document. While the Q&A does not provide direct answers, it suggests that the project involves water main infrastructure improvements, with specific considerations for unknown site conditions, utility conflicts, and construction logistics. The reference to Addendum No. 1 implies that potential bidders should carefully review that document for detailed guidance on the project's technical and procedural requirements.
