Attachment 3 – Connections II Past Performance Questionnaire The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in your assessment of our performance on the referenced contract in order to evaluate the probability that we will successfully perform on a federal government requirement that is currently being solicited. The referenced contract information is set out below. Please verify the accuracy of this information and then evaluate our performance based on the criteria and guidelines that are provided here.
