Any future maintenance of the conveyance system after the warranty period will be conducted by the OLCC. The RFP allows for potential negotiation of the project schedule during the CM/GC contract award process, considering factors such as the impact on the cost of the work, overall benefit for the public, and other relevant factors.
The RFP does not require the CM/GC to provide any additional office space at the job site beyond what is intended for their own personnel. The project involves the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem, Oregon.
