Solicitation QMAA-FK-160010-D Answers to Questions Received Through 12/29/2016
Q1: Do I include the “GSA Options Required” in my option price or will the customer order them on the
MVDO? For instance, CFGF, Air Force Requirements, has GSA options required: K15, K15B, K19A, K27, K31, K34F, K34R, AP, CBU4, CPD, DAOH, DCAM, K04, K06F, K07S, K43, K49, PLV, RKE, SL, B14 and
SG. It then goes on to list the AREQ requirements. Should I include the prices for the 22 required options and the AREQ prices in the one price for CFGF, or will the customer choose the 22 options on the MVDO and I only price the AREQ requirements in the CFGF price?
A1: Pricing for options such as CFGF should include the cost of both the AREQ requirements and all GSA options included. It is possible, however, that the AutoBid system may not allow a user to enter 22 collisions with a single option code. Should this be the case, please include a description of how each option was priced in the proposal cover letter to allow GSA to clearly evaluate the contents of a proposed price.
