Awarded suppliers are required to pay a transaction fee of one percent (1%) to EasiBuy on all payments received from the State and any political subdivisions or other buying agents resulting from the bidding event or subsequent contract. Vendors must submit awarded supplier payments and purchased items to the EasiBuy Solution within ten days of the end of each month. Evaluation is conducted on a Pass/Fail basis across five criteria: Licensing & Regulatory Compliance, Capability, Capacity, and Qualifications of the Vendor, Delivery Capability, completion of the EasiBuy LLC Bidder Agreement (Attachment A), and submission of a completed Pricing Sheet (Attachment B). All criteria must receive a "Pass" determination for vendor inclusion on the qualified vendor list. Awarded vendors must maintain quarterly reporting requirements, submitting reports 45 calendar days after each quarter's end detailing billing volume and quantity shipped by line item. The State reserves the right to inspect vendor and subcontractor facilities throughout the contract term and to request product samples at any time.
