About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) document for the Housing Authority of Bergen County's solicitation IRFQ 2024.08.19 for CCTV System Repair & Maintenance Services on an "As Needed Basis". The document contains a single question (Q1) regarding equipment familiarization, with the Housing Authority's response inviting potential bidders to schedule an on-site visit to view current equipment at the properties listed in Attachment No. 1. The response suggests coordinating with Operations Field Managers to arrange site visits that will allow bidders to become familiar with the existing systems, their makes, models, and specific equipment at each location.

The Q&A document does not provide specific details about pricing, contract terms, or funding sources. It appears to be an initial step in the procurement process, focused on helping potential vendors understand the current CCTV infrastructure before submitting their proposals. The open-ended nature of the response indicates flexibility in scheduling site visits and a willingness to provide potential bidders with comprehensive information about the existing systems to support accurate and tailored proposal submissions.
