About this file

This document contains questions and answers from Round 1 of Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) Solicitation #24/25-37 for S/4HANA and BW/4HANA Upgrade Implementation Services. The Q&A document addresses 441 questions about upgrading FDOR's existing CAMS (Child Support Automated Management System) from SAP ECC, CRM, and BW to S/4HANA and BW/4HANA. Key project details include a two-part implementation approach: Part 1 for S/4HANA (ECC and CRM) and Part 2 for BW/4HANA, with the department utilizing an on-premises hybrid HPE Greenlake service model rather than RISE with SAP.

The questions and answers cover technical specifications, current environment details, and implementation requirements. Key aspects include: approximately 2,624 ERP users, no current identity provisioning system, plans to migrate to CALM in Part 2, consideration of IAG for GRC replacement, and data migration requirements from 2006 forward. The project will follow SAP Activate Methodology and requires onsite collaboration in Tallahassee. Project funding has been approved for year one of three years, subject to annual appropriations. The department will provide 30-60 days advance notice if funding is not appropriated for subsequent fiscal years.
